How do I start studying?

Open the app and pick a licence category (B for cars, A for motorcycles, etc.). DrivePass suggests progressively harder questions. You can also jump straight to "Exam Simulation" to see where you stand.

Are the questions official?

Yes. The 4,870 questions come from the official IMT (Portuguese road authority) dataset. We update the database whenever the IMT publishes revisions.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. You can answer questions and see explanations without an internet connection. Generating fresh AI explanations in real time needs the network, but previously seen ones are cached locally.

I lost my progress after reinstalling the app.

Progress is tied to a device identifier that is lost on reinstall. For cross-device / cross-reinstall sync, the premium subscription is required. If you had premium, email us and we'll restore.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions. After you cancel, it stays active until the end of the paid period.

Can I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not us. Use reportaproblem.apple.com (iOS) or support.google.com/googleplay (Android).

I found a question with an error or a wrong answer.

Please report it via the in-app "Recommendations" or "Support" button, or by email. We include the question number in the correction as soon as possible.

The AI explanation seems wrong. What should I do?

Explanations are generated by language models and can have inaccuracies on edge cases. When in doubt, trust your driving-school instructor and email us — we'll adjust the explanation in the next releases.

Delete my account / data.

DrivePass has no traditional "account" — data is tied to a device identifier. To delete all server-side data, email us with your device ID (Settings → About). We reply within 30 days.
